A truly tropical drink guaranteed to cool the mind and body in the hot summer months when the temperature becomes too much to handle.
The winning combination of Midori, rum and pineapple is splashed with blue in this drink and a subtle touch of chocolate to enhance the rich Yubari melon flavour from the Midori.
Ingredients - Green Summer - (1 glass)
|Honey Dew Melon|
|White Crème de Cacao liqueur||15ml(1/2oz)|
|Pineapple Juice||45ml(1 1/2oz)|
|Any other ingredients (eg. ice cubes) are not included in the alcoholic content listed.
Mixing Instruction - Green Summer -
- Shake all ingredients with ice then strain into the melon shell.
- Add ice to fill and garnish with a red blossom.
- To prepare the melon for service of the cocktail, cut a small piece from the bottom for the melon to sit steady then cut across, 1/5 from the top. Chill melon before service.
