MIDORI Rickey
A rickey is a drink made by mixing spirits with the pulp from a lime or other citrus fruit, and adding club soda.
First the pulp is squeezed into a glass, to which is added ice, the liqueur, and the club soda, in that order.
A swizzle stick is then added, and customers stir it themselves.
Customers are free to adjust the flavor to suit their tastes, meaning the bartender actually plays very little role in the making of this cocktail! The MIDORI Rickey is a rickey made with MIDORI instead of the usual spirits.
Lemon is preferable over other citrus fruits – its simple flavor complements the strong MIDORI sweetness.
