- 1 ½ parts chrysanthemum-infused gin
- ¾ part cloudy apple juice
- 2 Kaffir lime leaves
- Splash of lemon juice
- ½ passion fruit
method
Shake and double strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a spoonful of passionfruit or passion fruit boat.
